Yea the Frappe thing is a daily headache I deal with here in Hawai’i since my store is across the parking lot from a McDonald’s. I also love when customers mobile order a drink and it’s painfully obvious they have zero clue what the hell they’re ordering 😑

There was an episode of Mom where they did a whole bit on how no one knows how to pronounce the word açaí. The last mispronunciation was “ah-cha-chi” and I’ve been sooo tempted to order the strawberry refresher using that pronunciation, but I’m not trying to give any baristas a headache 😅
