Some lady really came in today and ordered a mocha, with 2 pumps of caramel, 2 pumps of hazelnut and NO MOCHA...like...uhh just order a latte maybe? (self.starbucksbaristas)

I had a customer who wanted the salted caramel mocha... and then when she asked what all came in it.. and she said Oh I didn’t know it had Mocha....

I have to wonder if shes just annoying or if she is uneducated and doesnt know that that a mocha is the same thing as a latte with chocolate
