Anyone else just burnt out. Sick of the labor cuts. The fact that we’re not making hazard pay anymore during a pandemic. Customers being awful. I’ve wanted to walk out multiple times. The weekly update this week was a f*cking joke.

I only stick around for the insurance but at this point it's barely worth it. Every couple weeks I'll have an ok day and be like "that wasn't so bad" but then it'll go back to being a nightmare.

For my store it's not even the labor cuts, it's that EVERYONE is calling out or no-call, no-showing and we're super understaffed & having to beg people to show up. We have so many hours to give and those of us who are working our shifts are just exhausted & worked to the bone. We have hours, no one is taking them...
