Fired for what? I need info...for research...not for getting my MANAGER fired.

We haven't been given an explanation, but he was unaware of basic pay procedures, one morning he came into the store with a fever and made the baristas stay in their cars for hours while he tried to figure out what to do (he luckily tested negative for COVID), he lied about reporting his fever to our district manager, when we had to close our store due to a barista getting exposed to COVID he left and refused to help us close the store--we closed it with a team of four, he shorted the quarantining baristas on their self-isolation pay. One day soon after starting at our store he offered me $20 to come in on a busy day and then didn't pay me that $20 for three weeks while I kept reminding him to, but I don't know if that ever got reported to the district manager. Another time he clocked me in at 6 a.m. rather than 6 p.m. so I got paid 12 hours too much and got too much of the tip share. I pointed this out to him and he never fixed it. Again, maybe never got reported to the district manager. But after the fiasco of the day that was the day he had a fever and came to work (one, it's weird that he didn't notice that, and, two, we're supposed to self-monitor at home), one of the baristas made an entire PowerPoint presentation of his behavior and sent it to the district manager. It took some time, but it garnered a good result. (I never saw the PowerPoint presentation, but honestly any of those behaviors are good fireable offenses, in my opinion.)
