Does any prefer to work in a licensed Starbucks inside of target (or anything close to it ) or a free standing store I’ve been seeing some reviews and it’s kinda freaked me out I start my orientation on tues. , the pay is good for me since I started back working cause I have a physical disability, I want to save my money for my classes and hope get my own place but scared I won’t come close to having the money , should I wait and see how I like at my grocery store or still keep in mind my preferred job at target?

So you’re working at a Target Starbucks? Basically, you work for Target. You get none of the perks and benefits that Starbucks employees do. In my opinion, working at a corporate store is much better, but it would probably depend largely on your coworkers and how invested in the benefits you are!

I worked at target but I just got hired at a licensed Starbucks inside of a grocery store

Unfortunately you’re still considered a grocery store employee and not a Starbucks employee, so you won’t get a partner number or access to Starbucks resources. From what I’ve heard most people prefer corporate, but again, it probably depends on if you get good coworkers!

I’ll just have to see how it goes, hopefully I’m not too short on my hours
