Every store is different, but I do have a list that we use for mids/closes to stay on track! There is a routine but it’s different for each store, your best bet is to ask questions observe

Closing tasks for my store are: dumping iced coffee and brewed teas, cleaning out coffee urns, running pills in the Mastrenas, putting tip money in a bag & dropping it in the safe, turning off the ovens and leaving them open to cool off, replacing steam cups/other small wares, restocking milks, washing any leftover dishes, making a trash run, and wiping everything down! your store will have its own flow, but I’m sure they’ll have a similar version of these tasks.
