I ordered an iced salted caramel mocha at my store on my day off and one of the new transfers made it but didn’t add the whipped cream, salt, or caramel drizzle on it. I’m so bummed

Next time, definitely say something. I saw your comment that confrontation triggers a panic response, which I understand, but also remember too that if you don't point it out (do so nicely) the person who made it wrong will never learn and might do it to someone else who isn't as nice as you are about it.

Also, it is possible that they were just out of all three of those things (unlikely, but possible). They still should've said something regardless if that was the case though.

One time a barista made my drink wrong and the shift said something, but the barista still gave me the incorrect one. I asked my girlfriend who is also a barista to make me a new one.

That completely makes sense and it’s sad that you get so panicked over it :( maybe bring it up to the SSV at some point because the new partner needs to learn the recipes correctly otherwise a Karen will publicly humiliate them or something

I feel you, one time I got a salted cream caramel cold brew and they made it with nonfat instead of sweet cream 😖 I didn't say anything either hahaha
