Who do I contact about taking a short term leave is it Sedgwick? I’m constantly drained everyday I work and it’s affecting both my mental and physical health and i need a break

Starbucks is a shit fuck so no personal leaves are being approved right now (only medical ones basically) so you’re better off just requesting two weeks off from your manager

Go to your doctor. Get a medical leave for stress. You could possibly go workman’s comp?

It’s a really annoying process. I’m just going to let my LOA get denied. I’m not paying for another doctor visit for something that didn’t happen at work.

How short is short term? You could probably just request 2 weeks off or so. People do it all the time when they go on vacation.
