Have you called prc? If your dm won’t do anything call prc and start documenting dates and times when your manager breaks policy so you have evidence. If they won’t do anything call the ethics and compliance board for your state if you know they’re breaking local laws. That alcohol thing is one hell of a morsel for the board.
