Ouch!!! I'm so sorry to hear this!!! Sunday mornings were always the worst for me, basically for all of the reasons you mentioned above.

Just curious though, how does cold brew become frozen? I've never heard that and am fascinated. My store steeps, and then it just goes in the keg and through the hose out the tap. Did something happen while in the keg? The strange things that happen within Starbucks stores never fail to amaze me. Never.

We keep ours in cubes before we put them in kegs. We try to keep more cold brew than can fit into all of our kegs, just because we go through SO MUCH. anyways, it got put into the wrong fridge and it froze overnight. Four cubes worth 😂😭
