A hot caramel cloud with flat milk. they said they felt cheated by foam taking up space that could be more drink.

I find myself still rather confused. Like were they just really attached to the idea of the name cloud? If you don't foam the milk a lot does it still have a texture change that I just never noticed cause I don't like the taste? Please feel free to ignore if it was just a crazy customer with a contradicting set of requirements, or if I need to just go play with steaming the cloud more to see what sort of results you get. My mind is still just refusing to process this.
