Question for baristas at reserve bars (or roasteries) (self.starbucksbaristas)

How do you make your hazelnut bianco mixture? I know it's a combination of hazelnut praline paste, sweetened condensed milk and whole milk, but want to get the ratios right to make an at-home mock-up.

Not a roastery but we had someone ask for hazelnut bianco yesterday, thought it was another Tiktok thing. Huh.

Hey! It’s one can of condensed milk, hazelnut paste till short line, tall extra hot whole milk steamed, stir it all in then split the mixture into two 2L pitchers, add cold whole milk in both pitchers until 2L line then divide those two pitchers evenly into 3 2L pitchers (so you can stir it when it settles)

Lovely, thank you so much! My first attempt at hazelnut paste didn't go do well (I burnt my caramel :( ), so hopefully I do a good job next time!
