Talk to your store manager about how you are feeling and how you are being treated.

Working at Starbucks does have benefits that sound like things you’d be able to, well, benefit from. We get I think 20 free therapy sessions a year through Lyra, we get a free subscriptions to Headspace, and we get free college through Arizona State University. I really suggest using your Lyra and Headspace benefits immediately, and really consider going to ASU if you continue your journey at Starbucks and really want to pursue getting a degree. Headspace only takes a couple minutes to download and sign up and even the most basic meditations helped me almost immediately when I was at a super low point a few years ago.
