Rebudget all of your bills and see if you can swing it. If you can’t, look for a new position.

See if you can cut whatever the difference will be between your paycheck once you transfer out of your budget. Netflix? Cut. Hulu? Cut. Etc. Focus on paying for essentials only (rent, water, electric, food)

If $1.44 an hour difference will make your rent impossible to afford, you’re in over your head to begin with. See where you can make cuts to other parts of your budget

Not sure why you are getting downvoted. I agree with you. If a small payout makes it impossible for you to pay rent, you gotta make adjustments to the budget. Cutting out non-essentials such as Netflix, Hulu, Amazon, etc is first step
