Hey all, I'm looking for shoe recommendations. I've tried a couple different types of shoes (specifically from shoesforcrews) in the past, however I can't seem to get 6 or more months out of them before they wear through. What are you all using?

Not exactly cheap but I've had mine for 4y now. They need replacing but I've just been too lazy.

I got non slip docs. They’re a little heavy but they can take a beating.
Coworkers of mine do the cheap Walmart nonslips and actually they are all pretty satisfied with them.
100% get real nonslips though. People who just wear vans or whatever.... they still slip :/

My favorite is no-one wearing nonslip shoes then have a pikachu shocked expression when they slip and fall like... wtf did you expect to happen? Just buy nonslip jfc.

Bruh their basic ass black vans ain’t cute! My dark academia vibe oxfords, that have gotten compliments (before they got torn up & old), that happen to also be nonslip are cuter 😌

Technically not dress code approved by i have been wearing the same converse for 3 years (1 year at Starbucks) and they’ve protected my feet from everything (hot water/coffee, mocha, mop water, sanitizer, bleach, etc.) and they have pretty good grip

Thanks! They aren't really my style (which is no style), but they are a reasonable amount cheaper than the above thread
