a little back story: i was a barista for 4 years. quit for 2 years because i moved but have been back since june. and was promoted to ss in july.
i’m a fairly new shift and my store has also just gotten a new SM and she’s asking we all complete pdp’s. i have no clue what to write for mine and so any insight would be greatly appreciated.
i’ve been struggling with this so much because i just don’t care at all. the partners in my mod are my only priority here so i’ll likely have to bs the whole thing anyway!

Pick something very specific and achievable haha
But really my manager(s) have NEVER followed up with any of my progress or even cared that I wanted to develop. It’s nice that your manager shows some sort of interest.

Same here! They have to hold these conversations with us, but they don't really care.
