Today was the start of my second maternity leave with the company. I’m having my second little boy on Friday and I feel so different than I did the first time I went on maternity leave. I’ve been at two stores in the almost 3 years I’ve been with the company, and i was promoted to a shift when I was 6mo pregnant with my first son. My first store was toxic, sad and just a horrible environment. I cried literally everyday and ended up quitting before being rehired about 7-8 weeks later by my favorite store manager ever. This time I just feel sad to leave for 2 months, at my other store I felt relieved to leave. I love my store manager and I love my baristas. I love the teamwork and the dynamic in the store. I feel that covid was and is being handled BEAUTIFULLY by my SM and I have nothing but love and happiness for my job. I’m so happy and content and I don’t really know who else to express it with. I enjoy all of your posts and hope that everyone can find happiness and positivity in their stores ❣️
