Our ovens have been on fire twice today, our store is full of fumes, our shift threw up, and our manager wants us to continue business as if nothing happened 😅😅😅 I feel so loved and appreciated by our lovely company we work for

Oh my goodness. Hunni.. I’m just a random stranger on the internet but goodness know that this random stranger is backing you. You’re appreciated and it’s so sad that partners don’t get told this enough.
My previous manager had us fill out the little partner cards and put them in everyone’s cups to help boost morale and frankly it worked because it was the little things. Sometimes it’s not the people you’re serving but rather the people you work with.
