Very complicated (self.starbucksbaristas)

How bout your the opening barista. Your second person doesn't always work at Starbucks so kinda rusty. Two nurses come in order over 50 drinks. You have to take your lunch. You notified management and tell them you need to take a lunch. But don't wish to leave your fellow barista alone to take the order. Management gives you attitude no care in the world. You help take the order. It takes approximately 30 mins just to place order. Than receive no tip. And you worked through your lunch. How sad is that.🙌🙌🥺

At my location, we have been given permission to *POLITELY* turn down orders that exceed 20+ beverages.

The reason being that we simply do not have enough baristas/equipment on the floor to complete the order in a timely manner. While also meeting the needs of other customers.

We then explain that what they are requesting amounts to a catering order and will take us hours, not minutes, to complete. Our SM told us to offer them a business card, so they can email him about coordinating the order for a future date.
