Hey guys! A couple days ago my manager randomly asked me if i would train someone even though i’m not a barista trainer and haven’t gone through barista trainer training. i think she did this cuz we’re so short staffed because of covid right now that she didn’t really have anyone else to do it. i’ve worked at starbucks for a year and a half now so i’m pretty confident but still nervous. plz let me know if y’all have any tips for me!! thnx!
