do you have a mastrena 1 or 2?? it varies a little bit but also u can be a little more aggressive with the older ones. if u dont know which one - one bean hopper or 3 separate ones?

We soak ours in lukewarm water and then scrape (I use a short lid but others use scissors or the back of the bar spoon), paper clip to get into the holes, then I get a trenta cup of ice water and purge that baby without the plastic guard on.

Soak the dissasembled wand (and parts) in ice water (trente cup) and after about 10 minutes scrape with an iced tea magnetic tag
