Kyla orders 15 iced pumpkin spice lattes. What does Kyla have?

A: A Problem

I think it’s kyla, pretty clearing a sorority mass order if you ask me. Worked in a college town; this was very very typical
Alefur 6 points 2y ago
Oh so it is my bad, read this right after waking up lol
Yoncesdior 2 points 2y ago
An upset stomach
Alefur 1 points 2y ago
Sounds like a problem to me!

And probably covid-19. Idk where y’all are from but that sounds like some big gatherings which sounds to me like a spike in cases...

we sell a ton of pumpkin creme cold brews at my store, and when we have to turn off cold brew due to running out, I swear we don’t get any more mobile orders for the rest of the day 😅
noeyoureatowel 24 points 2y ago
We’re making so many of those that we now have a toddy of sweet cream in BOH fridge
Pheebers713 9 points 2y ago
Recipe drop please 😂
noeyoureatowel 14 points 2y ago
Okay so - a 2L pitcher is 1L of heavy cream, 350ml of vanilla syrup, and 600ml of 2% (which is indeed only 1.95L, for those of you that did the math, but close enough eh?). We make 16L in a toddy - it can hold more than that but it gets really heavy. So that’s 8L of heavy cream, 2.8L of vanilla, and 4.8L of 2%. If your store also goes through a lot of whipped cream I don’t recommend doing this until the order can be adjusted to support the additional consumption; we kind of screwed ourselves for a couple of days until the orders caught up.

Thank you so much!

For real though, needs to be a limit on how many drinks can be ordered at once. Like 4-5 yeah fair enough. 10+ is taking the piss imo and should be a special request.

That’s catering
HollowRibcage 13 points 2y ago
Oh god. Yeah I’d never hope for the machines to break because for us we still had to do the mobile orders when they showed up except we had to deal with really upset customers in addition

Édit: so basically we’d have to go all the way back In the system and try to find it and hope that the order was still there. Because apparently people forget what they order despite there being a receipt on the phone « -«

I remember in my first store before I transferred, every Saturday during the very long afternoon peak, someone would place a 15 drink mobile order and always push us behind on the drink queue. For several weeks in a row. And we always lokey hated on them until they came to pick their order up.
satonthetrain 8 points 2y ago
ours already did this morning
Azra-l 7 points 2y ago

Our mobile orders went down last week for about 5 days and work was absolute bliss...may you all have a few days of a mobile break 🙌🏼
impasse602 4 points 2y ago
A couple days ago no joke One of the managers at wet and wild decided to by Starbucks for all of their employees so there was literally about 43 drinks and over $200 worth and they all came out during our peak hours
GiantBeardedGuy 3 points 2y ago
It's funny because our mobile machine did break this morning, so we have cafe and mobile going to the same printer
growinginnyc 3 points 2y ago
