No we didn’t get rid of soy and oat sells more than soy at our store

Oatmilk is still a regional test item, it's either available in your region or it isn't, as far as I'm aware. If this is actually a decision that is left to your manager or even your DM to decide, I am deeply confused. It sells more than soy at my store too. I would be very surprised if they don't roll it out everywhere as soon as they can guarantee the supply.

if I could get rid of one alternative milk to make room for oat milk, I would without a doubt say almond.

Oatmilk just got added. We didn't get rid of soy. Also oatmilk is way more popular than soy. Its even beating almondmilk which was the most popular in my district.

Why oh why don’t we just get some oat miiiillllk?? The same girl comes by asking for it everyday and we always say no but I can’t help but feel her pain
