Policy is a lot of cleaning and plexi glass. Most of it is for PR. Most cleaning is impossible due to understaffing, plexi between bar more of a hazard than a help. Many customers couldn’t care less about masks. So all in all, essentially nothing.

my starbucks is in a grocery store, which isn’t required to enforce masks (despite the mandate in my state) so most of our regulars are cranky old men who refuse to wear masks. other departments clean the space outside our kiosk, so we’re only responsible for our space

Badly <3 its basically a theatre production of big ignored signs and crowded cafes with the occasional angry solo from a guest who wants to breathe on us super badly. We wash our hands a lot though!
