Today I one of my baristas pointed out that I don’t cook them right. I’m going to show her this tomorrow to back up my rant about how dangerous they are because risking severe burns isn’t worth it. (Also why I won’t steam milk over 190. Over a decade later I still have the scar.)

Yup! They asked for it to be cooked on both sides and when it came out it was a dripping mess. My arm was tilted a tiny bit and this was the result! Ouch

To avoid burns in the future I'd recommend not using your forearm to hold the sandwich.
