Hey everyone, 225\*\*\*\* partner here.
As you all probably can relate, I am fucking tired of his whack ass shit. I think its high time I quit after my 4 years here being a trainer and now a shift. Today I had a massive mental breakdown after work and it's to the point where this just doesn't feel worth it anymore.
So my question for ya'll is: If I quit without giving a two weeks notice, can I tell my manager I want him to input my sick time for me? I have like 70 hours worth of it.

You can tell them, but they’re not going to do it for you. Most managers will let their employees pad their checks with sick time, but it’s technically not in line with company policy. Policy is sick time is use it or lose it.
If you quit without notice, you’ll be paid out for any outstanding vacation hours you accrued, but there’s no way your manager will pay you out your sick hours.

I’m also quitting and asked my SM about being able to use sick pay, he told me that because of COVID the company is being strict about using sick time for anything other than exactly that. Vacation time for sure gets paid out to you in your last check though.

Please do, let me know how it goes!! If your manager will work with you on it and do it for you, that means if I wear my manager down enough about it, he might too lol.
