Our Mastrenas are in need of servicing, three months ago.
Our cold and hot water taps needed servicing way before I became a partner.
Our sink needed servicing last year.
Our fridge needed servicing a year and a half ago.

To be honest, I’m unsure whether it’s due to poor management or just my DM and OM being inefficient, but enough is enough.

Partners! I need your help! What do we do?

If you think it is more local such as your dm or sm sweeping the needs to the side you should probably call partner resources and tell them. You should probably talk to your sm first though just voicing what you said here, “the equipment we use on a day to day basis isn’t functioning well enough for you to guarantee the Starbucks experience for every customer” might be an example.

Your shifts are capable of calling in items that need serviced, at least at my store. Communicate with them that they are allowed to make the call themselves, and if they don't do so then connect with your SM. If that doesn't do the trick certainly call partner resources.

Unfortunately, I'm unsure of the phone number to call, but I bet it's on the hub somewhere.
