Honestly, it depends. I pay for medical/dental/vision which means all of my preventative care (annual check ups) is covered and I receive a heavy discount on doctors visits, care, and prescriptions. I pay $40/paycheck for medical. My birth control is fully covered by my insurance, which saves me $80/month (meaning my medical pays for itself every month through this benefit). Also I don't go to the doctor often but when I do, it's nice to only have to pay $30 instead of potentially hundreds for a simple office visit. I pay \~$1.50/paycheck for vision but I get a $200 credit for contacts or glasses, which means I only have to pay \~$20 for a year supply of my contacts. My dental is \~$12/paycheck and covers my cleanings and gives me discounts on any fillings or other work needed.
Insurance is always going to be valuable if you land in a situation where you need extensive medical work. Your month to month value might not be as apparent if you don't do that much as far as preventative care or don't need to keep up any prescriptions.

I want to know this too.. I currently get free health insurance but I wonder if Starbucks insurance is more worth it?

it used to be amazing. all for under 75 a paycheck. Full coverage, no messing around. co pays where 10 bucks for doctor visits and 15 at the ER. 20 for specialists. Meds were 5 to 15 for generic.
