you can place a mobile order and pick it up in the drive thru by saying “hi, i have a mobile order for [name]” at the speaker :) just try to place it 5+ minutes before you arrive so it’ll be made by the time you get to the window! your concern is admirable but as long as you’re being courteous and polite you aren’t bothering any of us. wearing a mask in the drive thru is a good way to show that you care about our safety. and if you’re financially able to do so, tipping is a nice way to show your appreciation! you can do it in the app too. treat your baristas as you want to be treated and barring any outside stressors we will do the same!

Drive thru is best if you want something fresh. Mobile orders can give an odd wait time, I've seen some as long as about 20 minutes until you're order is "done." Not to mention if it's iced in particular, it's going to start "sweating" and melting by the time you actually get it. Wear a mask in the drive thru by the window, that's really what we appreciate most ❤
