Is there anyway to anonymously put in complaints about store managers because there’s one shift who always has complaints for being rude to not just customers but partners too, but is buddy buddy with our store manager. It’s been brought up to her but she talks about it with said partner so it defeats the purpose. Also can’t tell sm anything cause they’ll talk about it with the same shift. Lately not liking my sm and how they go about things. I’ve tried talking to the sm but they’ll either forget or use my name constantly when talking behind my back to other shifts.
