You may be an SSV hired on, but listen to the seasoned baristas.
Take it from another hired on as a SSV. Being their supervisor while also learning the basics is gonna be a lot and some may not take too kindly to it.

Good luck but be warned that a new person becoming a SSV may not come out well to certain partners. To work well with them listen to the experienced partners and their advice, but also don’t be afraid to put your foot down when you need to. I’m not an SSV at all, so honestly I’m not the best person for advice, but I feel like a good SSV will listen but not let people take advantage either
