The best is when they come through with masks pulled down to their chin or hanging from their ears.

We straight up don't have a window fan. I basically only work drive-thru and 95% of my customers don't have masks on, including, yes, nurses. I'm hoping Starbucks' research of the air pressure of our drive-thru windows is accurate. Doesn't matter when I have to stick half my body out the window because people don't know how to park an appropriate distance from the window. We've got a small window, though, which I would assume increases the air pressure and people outside the window smell a strong coffee aroma so I'm thinking there's some truth to the air pressure argument. It's odd how Starbucks was like, 'You don't need plexi-glass barriers in the drive-thru window..we're gonna give y'all some..no, you don't need them.' Kind of like the CDC frequently changing its recommendations.
