Free daily partner beverage question!!! (self.starbucksbaristas)

Okay so crazy question yet no one at my store seems to know the answer. As partners we are allowed 1 free beverage and 1 free food item each day, correct? So if we work a shift in the morning where we obviously had partner beverage mark outs because we were working are we allowed to then go to another store later in the day & still use our 1 free daily mark out? I know the question sounds crazy but I know people at my store who work nights & come to through in the morning to get their daily beverage mark out but then come back later in the afternoon to work their shift and are allowed to get their mark outs for their shifts so I was just wondering if it is allowed for morning partners, just the opposite I guess😂

The answer is no. If you are working that day, you only get your beverage mark out during your shift and 1 food per day. The free food/beverage benefit is for days off. So on your days off, your one free drink and 1 free food. On the days you work, you only get 1 free food (per day) and can get multiple free drinks (not at once) DURING your shift only

In my opinion, the thirty-minute rule shouldn't apply, but one of my shift supervisors is being petty and enforcing it on me. The actual policy is stricter. You're only supposed to get and consume a beverage and food item during breaks and during the thirty minutes before and after your shift. That would mean that there's a limit to how many you can get. No one bothers to enforce that.

During the COVID stuff that was going on earlier in the year we were allowed to get a free food item and drink on our days off, I don’t think it is still in effect.
You are allotted 30 minutes before and after your shift to get your food/beverage (one food, three beverage). If you come back later in the day (an hour or two after you clocked out for instance) you only get your discount, not a markout.
I love y’all downvoting something that comes straight from the employee handbook. Don’t have to be a dick to me when you’re pissed at the company for not giving you free shit all the time.
