I went into work today and got out on bar, and t was fine since they wanted me to do extra training and whatnot since we were slow today. Well, I’m the meantime my shift lead is rearranging cold bar? Like he completely transferred EVERYTHING so now we have the refreshers right behind DTO (I felt horrible bc I hit someone while making a strawberry açaí) and that’s also where our foaming pitchers are so it’s really cramped right there. Like, it’s definitely not the worst space (I was sent for training at a location where the hot and cold bar stations were so small that only one person could be there at a time or you would have to literally stand on top of each other. Even standing flush against the hot bar fridge to give everyone room there was still no room for anyone else) just very inconvenient I think (to an extent, of course. More accessible for baristas, but also very little room for comfort)
