I feel like getting fired for being late is a bit unreasonable especially because of your mom and situation. There are so many people
Who are constantly late to work at my store and never got fired

Five minutes is ridiculous. You can still clock in & it won't register as late in the system at 5 minutes. smh

The February time I was late was due to sleeping in because I was working crazy hours and the January was a few minutes late due to transportation.

I did sign the corrective paperwork. I did have previous times I was late however but they were in February
