Are you talking about prep? If so for mocha, mix 2 Liters of hot water with the whole mocha bag ( mix half of the mocha and water to make it easier to mix as opposed to just mixing it all at once. Once finished date for 24 hrs,
For chai, it’s just a concentrate that you pour straight from the box into the pump container.

I like mixing one litre of water + whole bag and add the other litre slowly while mixing. Like baking!

Chai- just pour the 2 boxes into the container.
The directions are also both on the chai boxes and mocha bags.
Both are dated for 24 hours.

OP, don’t do this. chai is only meant to be cut with water while making a hot chai tea latte, not while prepping it.

Were you literally by yourself? Do you work in a licensed store? It's against policy for one person to be in a retail store; we always have to have two people in our store.
