You can get a small coffee/espresso frap made with an alternative milk which will sit around 160-200ish calories but none are going to be healthy.

The base we pump so it blends together is also packed full of sugar.

Even plain coffee fraps have A LOT of sugar and there’s no way around that.

You can download the app and it will tell you basic content amounts.

The above ideas a great! Please please don't try and order an iced coffee double blended because that's a freaking mess and DOESNT TASTE GOOD.

Also artificial sweeteners are artificial and thats no real answer either.

I would suggest just an iced latte with oatmilk or coconut milk.

Add a banana, ask for no base. The banana still has sugar in it but it isn't processed and has additional nutrients. The base syrup is full of sugar and is used to keep the drink from separating too quickly. The banana will serve the same purpose. You will be charged the same amount for the banana as if you bought it separately, it isn't free.

[Fellow baristas, the add banana button is on the drink customisation page, left hand side next to the blank spot. This adds it to the drink sticker instead of ringing it separately]

Other than that, consider which milk you're using, skip the whip, and be conscious of the syrups. Our soy milk is pre-sweetened with a vanilla flavour, so consider coconut or almond milk. Frappuccinos are not healthy to begin with so there is not much you can change.

Some stores dont carry bananas fyi! What I do is put more milk in my frap w less ice with either no base or less base. I dont see any reason why you couldnt order it that way just in case your store doesnt have bananas.
