Partner 247**** has thrown in the apron! In my almost 3 years I’ve gotten ONE write up. If done my job and exhausted myself (even at times I didn’t need the extra hours) for a company to just REALLY NOT stick to their own mission and values. For a company who instead of helping partners during a pandemic decided to call customers by the MILLIONS to our stores for happy hour. For a company who claims to treat us like partners but instead has proven during this pandemic... we are disposable. I was so done I actually took a pay cut. That’s how done your partners are... they are willing to put their livelihood in danger (DURING A PANDEMIC) to save their sanity. Goodbye sbux.
