OP, can you PLEASE update your cheat sheet with all the changes in the comments? I really would like to print this out for my store's new baristas and anyone else who may be interested.

One thing to add would be cold brew syrup pumps!!!
1-2-3-4!!! No one at my store knew this, not even my manager. I think the only exception is the salted caramel cream cold foam cold brew.

Honestly I just wanna say this: I’m a newer partner, I’ve only been working at SBux for a month, and I WISH I had this cheat sheet. They just spewed numbers and cup sizes at me and expected me to know all of it instantly. Anyways I’m saving this to study because I’m still learning and need help, also tired of asking “how many shots does x get?” Or “does this get whip?” Haha

(For the record I had no idea flat whites were made with whole milk! 😳 Every flat white I’ve made has clearly been made with the wrong milk, oops!)

In the Midwest venti iced is 26oz and Trenta is 30oz. I don’t know if that was an error or just region differences.

Thats funny about the flat whites, we just do them in 1 standard short size with 2 shots and whole milk. We've got a drink that uses ristretto shots called a cortado but that too comes in its own special size.

Man, I was forget the extra pump in iced lattes sometimes, cause most of what we do iced are caramel macchiatos and they get 5 or iced coffees.

Can you make one for Frappuccino’s? Like which ones get what on the whipped cream? There are so many variations, idk which one gets the crumbles, which one gets the syrup, which ones get both, which ones get whip on top and the bottom. Thanks!!

Dont blond drinks also get one less pump of syrups? Maybe im wrong but thats what I remember from training

I love this, may I use it in my store? :) I love being a barista trainer. It can be discouraging when they inevitably forget some stuff you taught them, but they will eventually learn thru muscle memory and all the hard work in guiding them feels worth it.

Another thing to add is with Frappuccinos, if it gets frap chips inside it should get mocha drizzle on top.

One more thing I’d add on top of what others have said: in your last bubble, change frap to Frappuccino.
As a Starbucks trainer, it’s best to maintain the brand image.

Cinnamon Dolce Lattes don’t get whip, only the Frappuccino. Also, might be nice to add the standards for powders (matcha, cloud, etc) on your sheet as well!
