Hi friends! I know we all love to complain about the company we work for and this is an amazing place to do that. But a better place to do that complaining would be a place where corporate is actually listening.

My SM told me yesterday that in a meeting she was in the higher ups emphasized the questions about pay on the survey. They also said they need more baristas to take the survey in order to consider taking action. There’s several questions on the survey asking how you feel about what you’re paid and it seems like corporate is looking at them. All of this seems to point to one thing: if we want to get paid more a ton of baristas need to fill out the survey.

$1 and then you’ll get an email a day or so later with a link to the survey. I think it took me 10 minutes to fill out and I said a lot in those open ended questions. I know we’ve all filled out those pulse surveys that feel pointless, but this one is different and they are actually listening to what you say. This survey has lead to changes in the past (like a better dress code) and can lead to change this time as well.
I’m not sure if this is only for US partners or only US and Canada but just try to register and then take the survey! It’s important! We all complain all the time and this is the place for us to complain to people who can make changes!
