So I transferred to a cafe-only store from my original drive thru a few months ago. The thing is, that original store is kind of a mess right now. Management is weak, 75% of the staff are new hires, and people call out left and right. my old manager is constantly reaching out asking for help with coverage, and I feel so bad because I know what a mess the store is but I also don’t want to have to subject myself to working in that environment. guess this is more of a rant than anything, I just feel bad
