Not OP but did this by pouring in heavy cream and a packet of sea salt. Blended it on setting 4, repeat past the point of whipped cream. Helped to scrape it off the bottom sometimes. Took me 15 minutes with guests in between. Worth it making my boss disappointed in what I called “my greatest work accomplishment”.
