It’s not mold, it’s flocculation that happens in syrups from time to time. A good shake and you’re good to go.

My baristas used to throw it out each time they found a cloudy bottle of syrup. It drove me nuts. So glad I escaped that siren.

Flocculation. Mold would go to the top and get oxygen. This is normal. Just shake it up and use it.

Some of the syrups have that cloudy residue in it. I think Classic is the worst. It’s not mold.
