Had an old fart order a strawberry frap and then tell me it was wrong as I handed it out because it wasn't one color. I was like the standard is that there is a little puree on the bottom and he goes NO IT WAS ONE COLOR YESTERDAY. ok well sir, you have to ask for it that way because this is the standard. WELL THEN ILL NEVER ORDER IT AGAIN!!!! ok well I'll remake it but this is the standard so you need to use your words and ask for it the way you want. Have a fanfuckingtastic day.

I give them the same answer I give people in DT: "I just make what the sticker says, hon." Gotta limit my brain power usage on bar, I only have so much to spare.

Yep, like because your inability to double check your order is my fault. 😂 I don't mind when people are nice and it's a genuine mistake but when they just don't pay attention and they're pissy about it then bye girl 🤷♀️

It's just a splash. They changed the recipe like 3 times in the last 3 years so I don't blame people for mixing it up lol.

I just figured that was for promotional purposes 🤷🏼♀️ just like the mocha cookie doesn't get chocolate drizzle in the bottom of the cup like they show in the picture

Ah ok it just seems like it would be hard to measure. Also the purée at the bottom is so minuscule, at least when I make them idk

It is. Which is why I thought it was ridiculous that the customer was throwing a fit about it lol.

You just don't add the extra splash to the bottom. The customer I mentioned only wanted it blended in.
