I personally print out a bit of receipt paper (there’s a button to do so on the machine) and write down what needs to be refilled. Then I’ll normally go by whatever is lowest, which is usually cups, then I do lids. If I’m asked to do fridges, I’ll ask drive bar what they need and get that first, then cafe bar, then tea bar and finally the frap fridge.
