When you were afternoon block, so consistently working 2/2:30-10:30 for months, and then the minute blocked scheduling ends you get assigned two straight weeks of 8 am?
And your body have so thoroughly adjust to the block that you have to call out with a really fun headache that’s so severe you can barely stay standing long enough to get from your room to the washroom?
And then you spend the day in bed knowing that you fucked over your store on a Saturday so you feel guilty AF?

Because of Covid, you're supposed to have "blocks" of scheduling: morning, mid, and evening crews typically. The people assigned in these can \*only\* work these block times (ie, all mornings or all evenings) unless approved otherwise by their manager. The theory is that since people aren't scheduled all over the place at any time, if one person in a block gets Covid, the block is possibly contaminated but not the whole store. In theory anyway.

Interesting. Makes total sense, but definitely not the way it’s happening at our store either.
