When you are making iced and hot drinks, and some nasty customer said to me “where is my drink” and I said You drink will be right soon, and I said mornings are hella busy and you suspect your drink will be right out soon, but there was so many people at my cafe and I just want to say social distant! Tbh I was doing bar 1 and I had a headset, I was ignoring the cafe customers. Do you guys hate peak time so much and has your store manager said to you to stay planted at your spot?
