Yes you’re supposed to go through barista basics again. Stores are allocated training hours for every new hire, so why not use them?

I just came back after 6 months and they shoved me on bar. Luckily for me it came back pretty quick

That's weird. My store has hired a ton of former partners and we always retrain them no matter how long or short their break was.
