I have dealt with the same issue in the past. You have to have your SM or SSV contact LSR and have them update where the order it to be placed. It shows up as delivery info on their route.

Our backroom wasn't big enough for the order so we'd always stage the order in the lobby and then put it away ourselves on the shelving.

Have you SM contact LSR and they’ll have them change where it gets left :)

I’d put a bribe under the sign, give them incentive to go the extra mile. If it happens to multiple different stores, I’m betting there’s a good reason they don’t want to take the extra time and effort.. must not feel worth their while. Ik it’s their job, but it is a hard one. Not to sound unsympathetic to you guys!! Just giving some unasked for perspective
