i finally found a new job! (self.starbucksbaristas)

i accepted a job offer today and i am beyond happy. i’m still planning on working at starbucks one day a week (i dont really want to but i wanna keep some of my benefits rip) but im on self-isolation for the next week so idk how to tell my SM.... should i just text him? i feel bad doing that though😭
edit: one more question actually, do the hours i get paid for being on self-isolation count towards my benefits audit?

Does your manager know you were planning to work one day a week if you got another job? Usually Starbucks requires at least two days of availability or I’d plan on being let go.

He hates when people quit and normally allows it so I dont see why he wouldnt for me. He actually offers it to people when they try and quit lol
